 I.D., personality, ecology, medicine, food, story, lore, testimony, and more.

Kitchen Medicine Theory & Demonstrations
 Preservation techniques and optimizing dietary nutrition year round---canning, drying, freezing, tincturing, fermenting, vinegars, oils, etc. Seasonal eating and healing with whole foods. 

Baking and Cooking with Wild Foods
recipes, experiments, and tasting  

Connecting the Dots 
from personal to community to global to universe
Ethics, gratitude, stewardship, re-commoning, re-wilding, social justice intersections, cultural appropriation, re-connecting

$75 a class includes a wild, organic homegrown lunch.
Discounts
Whole Series

$420 for the whole series by March 23rd
​($30 discount) 


$435 before signup deadline May 1st
($15 discount)


$450 after May 1st, or per class. 
 
Early Bird Single Classes 
$5 discount per class off for booking and prepaying any of the classes in advance by March 23rd.

Work Trade 
There are three work trade positions available. Two slots for up to half of tuition each and one slot for full tuition. Please email me for details on these positions. 

The work trade application deadline is March 23rd.
